Frameworks

Speaking IP, built to be put to work.

The frameworks Natasha brings to stages and leadership rooms. Each names a part of AI adoption that boards feel and rarely have language for. Decide what to shift. Redesign the work that is left.

Full method lives on Zenter; these are the overviews.

The Three Gates Framework

Decision architecture

A decision architecture for AI in real work. Three questions, asked in order, one task at a time: Can AI do this? What is at stake if it gets it wrong? What happens to the people? A task passes only if it clears all three.

The Work Redesign Sprint

Redesign architecture · In development

A short, structured sprint for rebuilding a role once AI has changed what it does, so the job that is left is deliberate, not whatever is accidentally left over. Map the task not the title, run each task through the gates, redesign around the kept work, name the new value line.

Work with me

Have her in the room.

For keynotes, leadership sessions, and the occasional advisory engagement. She takes a few each year, and says yes to the ones that belong on the bio rather than the invoice.
